Created by a multidisciplinary team of educators, speech and language pathologists, researchers, and graphic designers, Eyewords aims to differentiate reading instruction for learners of all ages and abilities. Their products, validated by research from Stanford University, combine visual-contextual pictures, auditory phrases, and kinesthetic actions with structured phonics to accelerate sight word recognition and reading fluency. This multisensory approach helps students, including those with learning exceptionalities such as dyslexia and ADHD, to quickly and effortlessly learn high-frequency words, making the process both fun and effective for learners, educators, and parents. Eyewords resources seamlessly integrate with any reading curriculum or phonics program, providing essential support for early learners and struggling readers alike.

In light of the current circumstances and the evolving landscape of education, our attention was inevitably drawn to the enduring challenges associated with learning to read in schools, particularly during the era of COVID-19. In response, we undertook the creation of videos aimed at capturing the emotional essence for children, providing them with a setting that would enable a profound comprehension of the transformative potential that literacy and learning, as facilitated by Eyewords, offer.

Eyewords presents a unique opportunity for home-based learning, offering several distinct advantages. Its accessibility and convenience allow learners to engage with Eyewords materials comfortably from home, fostering a personalized and flexible learning experience. Family involvement can enhance the learning journey, while the familiar setting can minimize distractions. This adaptability has become increasingly valuable, especially in the context of remote learning during events like the COVID-19 pandemic. In essence, Eyewords can be effectively acquired at home, providing a versatile educational resource that suits various learning needs and circumstances.

Building Commerce through Amazon FBA to ship worldwide.

Initially, Eyewords™ was a small-scale operation that solely catered to order fulfillment. However, we aimed to broaden the outreach of their products and elevate the brand's stature. For this purpose, we devised a plan to establish the brand on the Shopify platform and expand their online footprint. Based on a meticulous topology analysis, extensive research, segmentation, and e-commerce expertise, we skillfully crafted and designed the website.

Utilizing Amazon FBA

To create a seamless, stress-free fulfillment process for clients, our back-end team plans to leverage Amazon's FBA inventory - the largest eCommerce platform - to automatically ship Shopify orders. By automating operational responsibilities that often act as pain points, clients can rest easy knowing their products will be safely stored by Amazon. No more worries about navigating home storage, leasing warehouse space or third-party fulfillment centers.

Pack and Ship Easy

Amazon automates order fulfillment by picking, packing, and shipping orders at a better rate than most individual shippers. No more worries about acquiring shipping boxes, envelopes or warehouse space. Inventory is distributed across multiple Amazon warehouses for optimal delivery times. This frees up clients to increase product development and expand globally.

Print and Packaging.

Recreating the new brand and designing fresh cards and booklets for consumers is paramount. This endeavour breathes new life into the brand, allowing it to stay relevant and appealing in a dynamic market. Updated cards and booklets enhance the user experience, making learning more engaging and effective. Furthermore, it demonstrates a commitment to innovation, reflecting the brand's dedication to evolving alongside the needs and preferences of its consumers, ultimately fostering brand loyalty and attracting new users.
